Bristol Parkway inn is located in Bristol, within 6.8 miles of Bristol Motor Speedway and 25 miles of Tweetsie Trail. Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, the 2-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Hands On! Discovery Center is 30 miles from the hotel. Selected rooms will provide you with a kitchen with a fridge, an oven and a microwave. All guest rooms in the hotel are equipped with a TV and a hairdryer. Staff at Bristol Parkway inn are always available to provide information at the reception. George L. Carter Railroad Museum is 25 miles from the accommodation, while Tipton-Haynes Historic Site is 26 miles away. Tri-Cities Regional Airport is 18 miles from the property.
We are a small comfortable campground, located at the base of Iron Mountain, in the home town community of Mountain City, in beautiful North Eastern Tennessee. We are conveniently situated on a section of Hwy 421, known as part of the famous “Snake 421” Motorcycle and Sport Car Ride. Our beautiful parcel of land is private, with the back of the property bordering a flowing creek, providing a cool shady area to relax after your day’s activities.
We offer 11 full service camp sites with water, electricity, sewer, and WIFI. Stay at our new cozy cabin that has water, electricity, sewer, and WIFI. We can accommodate any type of camping from primitive tent camping to luxury campers and RV’s. All of our campers have use of our new clean bath house, a covered pavilion, our creek side deck, a large community fire pit and have use of our creek side common area.
We offer an amply stocked camp store for your basic camping needs, and are very close to many choices to shop for the products we do not offer. We are fortunate to be based in the great outdoor mega of Johnson County, Tennessee, which is rich with “Protected Natural Resources” that are waiting to be explored. Like Doe Mountain Recreation Area with over 8,000 acres of protected mountain terrain and Watauga Lake with most of its 110 miles of shoreline protected by National Forest. When you ride the “The Snake 421” Motorcycle and Sport Car Route, you travel through both Cherokee National Forest and Mount Rogers Recreation Area.
When you are in Eastern Tennessee, you are invited to camp with us and use our convenient cozy location as your base camp. Those who come as visitors usually leave as friends.

Welcome to Tri Mountain View Campground, where you can experience the beauty of nature while camping in the mountains of Shady Valley, TN. Our small cozy campground offers a variety of sites for tent and RV camping. Constructed on a hill on a family farm by a former resident, the campground offers quiet 300 degree views of the surrounding mountains. Built on a third Generation Dairy Farm after the sale of all the Cattle in late 90s, we’ve planted over three thousand trees on property mostly Walnuts,Oaks and Apples with a few rarely seen White Walnut(Butternut) and American Filbert(Hazelnut) Campers can harvest all they want in October.
Tri Mountain View Campground is located in the Northeast corner of Tennessee in the town of Shady Valley. With an elevation of 2,800 feet, Shady Valley is the second highest town in Tennessee. It is just 26 miles from the Bristol Raceway and the Bristol Caverns. It is just a 15 minute drive to Backbone rock and a short drive to the Appalachian Trail. The property was a Dairy Farm and went out of business in the late 90’s and since then there has been over 3,000 trees planted. Some of these trees include the rare Butternut and Hazelnut, but mostly White Pine, Walnut and Oaks. The property has approximately 1,000 feet of fishing on Beaver dam creek, so we recommend bringing waders. There is also a shower house, washer and dryer.

Southwest Virginia is home to some of the best Trout fishing, Hiking, Biking, and Horseback riding in the state. The Virginia Creeper Trail offers 30+ miles of Bicycling and Horserback riding adventure through parts of the Mount Rodgers National National Recreation Area. Several stocked Trout fishing streams are within walking distance to the Lodge. The Appalachian Trail runs through the heart of Damascus and offers many opportunities for short walks or daylong hikes through the scenic Appalachian Mountains.
All loops at Little Oak Campground are currently open. Little Oak Campground hugs the shores and inlets of beautiful South Holston Lake in Sullivan County, Tennessee. With a view of the Holston Mountain ridgeline and lake islands, Little Oak campsites are a relaxing setting for your vacation. There are 69 universally accessible campsites improved in 2012 including warm showers and a paved access road.

North Carolina is renowned for its breathtaking landscapes and thrilling motorcycle routes, and one of the most exhilarating rides in the state is the Pineola Python 181. This North Carolina ride is 76 miles over 185 curves with an elevation difference of over 2200 feet from Linville to Morganton. The Virginia Creeper Trail is a recreational trail (rails to trails) located in Southwest Virginia (SWVA). The Virginia Creeper stretches 34 miles from Abingdon, Virginia down through to the lovely town of Damascus, Va (known as the Heart of the Va Creeper) along the Whitetop Laurel River and up to its highest point Whitetop Station near the NC State Line at Whitetop, Virginia. The Va Creeper Trail is open year round for trail runs, hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. This former rail bed passes through the Mount Rogers National Recreation area and the highland country of southwest Virginia. The Virginia Creeper Trail is rich in beauty and regional history. This is an easy biking adventure that you, your friends, and family will talk about for a long time. Start at one of the Creeper Trails bike shops in Damascus for a bike rental and shuttle services to the top and take a leisurely ride downhill 17 miles to town. On this section of the trail (Whitetop to Damascus) you will ride your rental bike from Whitetop Station down to historic Green Cove Station. Then travel through the Jefferson National Forest to the community of Taylors Valley along the Laurel River (watch out for the trout in the stream) back to Damascus. Then grab a bite at one of our tasty local restaurants, pick up a few t-shirts and souvenirs, and spend the night in one of our towns comfy beds. You will love it here!

Two National Forests-114 Miles-1 Grisly Murder
The Murder Mountain Run motorcycle ride is an exhilarating and thrilling adventure that takes riders through the picturesque yet mysterious landscapes of North Carolina. This ride combines the adrenaline rush of motorcycle riding with the intrigue of exploring the infamous Murder of Charlie Silvers took place in 1830. After a short ride on US Hwy 19E, it turns north on NC 80 through Kona, where the infamous murder happened before Christmas in 1831. Pisgah National Forest-81 Miles in NC-8 Waterfalls

GSM National Park-42.9 Miles-3 Sections
The Foothills Parkway 339 motorcycle ride is a thrilling journey through the picturesque foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee. The finished highways of the Foothills Parkway are divided into four parts. The Eastern Segment is 5.6 miles at the most northern portion and can be accessed from Interstate I-40 from Hartford TN traveling towards Cosby TN. The third segment completed they call the “Foothills Parkway Spur” which is 4.3 miles long and starts in Gatlinburg and ends in Pigeon Forge. The remainder, “Missing Link” section is still being constructed. The Foothills Parkway 339 motorcycle ride promises an unforgettable experience for all who embark on it.
