The Foothills Parkway 339 motorcycle ride is a thrilling journey through the picturesque foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee. Riders can expect sweeping curves, breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, a perfect balance of challenging twists and turns, combined with serene natural beauty. The finished highways of the Foothills Parkway are divided into four parts. Each part that is completed is some of the most beautiful landscapes in all four seasons and worth the effort in making it a worthwhile ride. The Western Segment is 33 miles at the southern portion of the parkway from US129 in Chilhowee TN to US 321 in Wears Valley TN. This section can be easily accessed after taking the US129DragonsTail.com or “Tail of the Dragon” motorcycle ride. The Eastern Segment is 5.6 miles at the most northern portion and can be accessed from Interstate I-40 from Hartford TN traveling towards Cosby TN. The third segment completed they call the “Foothills Parkway Spur” which is 4.3 miles long and starts in Gatlinburg and ends in Pigeon Forge. The remainder, “Missing Link” section is still being constructed. The Foothills Parkway 339 motorcycle ride promises an unforgettable experience for all who embark on it. 130 curves-22 Miles-Largest Dam East of the Rockies
TheHellbender28.com motorcycle road is located in North Carolina and is a 22-mile ride between Johnson Gap in Stecoah, NC traveling to Deals Gap at the beginning of the Dragon. From Johnson Gap, The Hellbender starts its way through the beautiful smoky mountains with challenging turns for cars and motorcyclists. On the way you will pass by several unique locations such as Fontana Lake where there are pull-offs to take a photo of the views. Then continuing on you will cross the top of the Fontana Dam, and Fontana Lake. This dam was created as a hydro electrical power facility for World War II by the Tennessee Valley Authority in 1942. The dam is 480 feet high and 2,365 feet across the Little Tennessee River and is the highest dam east of the Rocky Mountains. The 2000 plus famous hiking trail, the Appalachian Trail also crosses the top of Fontana Dam. After passing Fontana Village, a peaceful lake resort you end up at the end of this 22-mile run which dead ends in to highway US129 the beginning of Dragon.

TheGeorgiaDragon.com motorcycle ride starts in the town of Dahlonega (First major US town gold rush back in 1828) and runs north on Route 60, then merging with US-19 and then turn right on to Route 180 called Wolfpen Gap Road steep elevation changes and switchbacks. The ride continues through the mountains to US Highway 129/19. Then make a right and head south back to Dahlonega to complete the Georgia Dragon!

The Va Creeper Trail is open year round for trail runs, hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. This former rail bed passes through the Mount Rogers National Recreation area and the highland country of southwest Virginia. The Virginia Creeper Trail is rich in beauty and regional history. This is an easy biking adventure that you, your friends, and family will talk about for a long time. Start at one of the Creeper Trails bike shops in Damascus for a bike rental and shuttle services to the top and take a leisurely ride downhill 17 miles to town. On this section of the trail (Whitetop to Damascus) you will ride your rental bike from Whitetop Station down to historic Green Cove Station. Then travel through the Jefferson National Forest to the community of Taylors Valley along the Laurel River (watch out for the trout in the stream) back to Damascus. Our cabins are conveniently located to downtown Damascus, Abingdon and only 35 miles from Bristol Motor Speedway. Ride your bikes into town to catch a shuttle, grab a meal or just enjoy an ice cream. For any last minute forgotten items Food City Grocery is close by.
All our cabins come with a fully stocked kitchen. Microwave, toaster, oven, french press, and drip coffee pot with filters. You will find glasses, silverware, plates, mugs, pots and pans and all the basic supplies you will need to conduct basic cooking or food preparation in your cabin.
Bed linens, bath and kitchen towels are provided.
