Our cabins are conveniently located to downtown Damascus, Abingdon and only 35 miles from Bristol Motor Speedway. Ride your bikes into town to catch a shuttle, grab a meal or just enjoy an ice cream. For any last minute forgotten items Food City Grocery is close by.

All our cabins come with a fully stocked kitchen. Microwave, toaster, oven, french press, and drip coffee pot with filters. You will find glasses, silverware, plates, mugs, pots and pans and all the basic supplies you will need to conduct basic cooking or food preparation in your cabin.

Bed linens, bath and kitchen towels are provided.

All of the cabins have a full bathroom.

Sharpie’s Restaurant is a cozy hometown casual restaurant serving quality fresh comfort food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catering. We are located at 11888 Highway 421 South in Trade, Tennessee. We also have a salad bar, children’s menu, beverages and dessert menu available. We pride ourselves with a family friendly atmosphere with quick service and an attentive waitstaff.

Backbone Rock Campground is open for the 2024 season. Backbone Rock Campground is a small campground situated along the beautiful Beaverdam Creek at an elevation of 2,100 feet in northern Johnson County. This developed campground is popular with those visiting the nearby Backbone Rock, a tunnel originally blasted through the rock ridge for the railway. Welcome to Switchback Creek Campground.We are a motorcycle and family friendly campground located in the mountains of North East Tennessee built by a rider. If you are tired of the hype and hustle of Deals Gap but would like exciting roads and beautiful  mountain scenery then you have come to the right place. We are snuggled between three mountains at an  elevation of 3,000 feet and just 2 1/2 miles from the crossroads US 421 and  91/133.

 Take  a leisurely ride on any of the roads leading out of Shady Valley or gather with a group and ride “the  snake ” . There are 489 curves within a 12 mile radius of the crossroads.
